Item shipped loose in box, and delicate chain came all in knots. Pendant also routinely falls off of chain when wearing.

Great necklace but arrived knotted it took ages to unraval I also would have prefered to buy thicker chain. This was inpossible because the chain loup was too small. I tried to explain this to the seller but she didn't seem to understand .she definitely needs to find a better way to pack it for postage.
